A State of Grace

Today I’m in a state of grace. I feel, rather I know I am part of everything and everything is a part of me. Everything I touch and see has ‘a heart beat’. It is all energy. I see the molecular makeup of the ornamental grasses in my garden, the fences surrounding my garden, the bricks of my house, they are all living and breathing.
I am over awed by such a sense of powerfulness. I sit on the floor in my bathroom, on the bath mat and assume a cross-legged pose with my hands in front of me, as if in prayer and just say “Thank you for my life”. I feel the energy surge through my body, I feel my heart expand and bless everyone of my fellow human beings with love, health, happiness, prosperity and success......There is nothing to be afraid of, ever.
